Service Description

BRONZE - $300 plus HST (13%) for a final invoice of $339.00 The bronze package includes: Interior Photographs, and Exterior High Elevation photographs, 3D Virtual Tour WITH Auto-Play (allows the user to watch the tour vs having to click through each scan), Floor Plans with both Metric and Imperial Measurements, (48 hour turn-around is standard although 24 hour and 8 hour turn-arounds are available for additional cost if required). Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice. Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours prior to the booked time will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 30% of the reserved services or $100.00 which ever is more. · We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. · In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services and will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
