4K quality Interior Photographs (2-3 different perspectives per room), Interactive 3D Tour (90 day hosting fee included - $16.95 per month additionally) with Video Highlights Schematic Floor Plan in both Metric and Imperial Measurements Base Price includes up to a 3,000 Sq Ft Property. Add $5 for each additional 100 Sq Ft of space Mileage Cost - Prices include travel East as far as Gananoque, West as far as Napanee and North to Verona. A mileage fee of $0.50 per KM beyond those areas will apply Travel Charge - Travel over 45 minutes is subject to a $25 per hour fee

Cancelation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, we understand this can happen but we require at minimum 24 hours notice or a cancellation fee may apply. Our Policy: Cancellations within 24 hours (weather excluded) invoiced at $50
