Service Description

4K Quality Exterior Photographs (6-10 different perspectives), 4K quality Interior Photographs (2-3 different perspectives per room), Interactive 3D Tour (90 day hosting fee included - $16.95 per month additionally) with Video Highlights Schematic Floor Plan w both Metric and Imperial Measurements Base Price includes up to a 3,000 Sq Ft Property. Add $5 for each additional 100 Sq Ft of space Mileage Cost - Prices include travel East as far as Gananoque, West as far as Napanee and North to Verona. A mileage fee of $0.50 per KM beyond those areas will apply Travel Charge - Travel over 45 minutes is subject to a $25 per hour fee

Cancellation Policy

Our Policy: Cancellations within 48 - 24 hours (weather excluded) invoiced at $50.00 Cancellations within the 24 hour - 0 hours will be invoiced based on the full original booked service. A credit for re-scheduling may apply if done within 30 days of cancellation
